Thanks Sally. The more I hear them, the more I like them, in all incarnations really. But the Poco/TBS blog hasn't had nearly as many readers as the first two on TBS. Don't know why.

SS, I just read it and really enjoyed it. Have to say the word "effete" is not used often enough around here - love it!

Thanks! Totally agree with him - but then I never much liked Richard Marx.

An interesting article that I haven't read all of yet, confirming the bad news that Rusty is retiring and Poco will be no more. Oh come on, guys, please, I only just found you!

Thanks for posting that link, ss. That is sad that Rusty is calling it quits, but when you read his comparison of his touring life vs. Paul McCartney and Mick Jagger, it's amazing that he's gone on for as long as he has as the only member of Poco who has been with the band from beginning to end. I hope he has fun in his retirement - he deserves it. Even though Poco fans will miss him and the band, I'm sure they all wish him well.

    Well done, Rusty. Well done!!!

Apparently, in Richie's book, he mentions that Rusty didn't like Timothy. wonder if this was just an initial impression and what caused it.

I know! Blasphemy!! He was probably intimidated by Timothy's overall hotness - he knew Timothy would "pull focus!" Not to mention his singing, songwriting and bass playing skills wrapped up in someone who looked 14. (I'm kidding here, but I've never heard of anyone who doesn't like Timothy!)

I just ordered the book after reading what Cheyenne put in the Timothy Press thread. I'm intrigued.

I know! Poor baby. I'll get that Rusty! Just kidding.

Be interesting to read Rusty's book when it comes out as I'm sure he'll explain his reasons.
