Guy Clark, a legendary fixture of Country & Folk music over the past four decades who helped craft the sounds of 'Outlaw Country' and 'Progressive Country,' has died after a lengthy cancer battle at age 74.

Among his best known songs are "LA Freeway," "Desperados Waiting for a Train," "Out in the Parkin' Lot," "Boats to Build," "Cinco de Mayo in Memphis," "Asleep at the Wheel," "She's Crazy for Leavin'," and "Baby, I'm Yours."
