I'm sorry, but that last monochrome photo is one of the worst photos ever taken of Glenn and that hairstyle in the second close to the worst look he ever had.

Well, we all have our tastes, but I have to admit I kind of agree with FP that those are not his most flattering photos, lol.
Still, Glenn on his worst day is cuter than most men on their best day!
For instance, I'm not really into Glenn's "mountain man" phase with the ton of facial hair, but I can't help but find him adorable here:

Oh, thank God...I thought I was the only one who thought those photos were unflattering! That first one, YIKES!!! Looks like the Stan Laurel grin, from Laurel and Hardy...google it kiddies! At least in the second photo, he looks like a handsome guy on a bad hair day...too many short layers on a 90% humidity day!
