I did like a comment that Austin made that PEF is a better showcase for Glenn's vocals. However, he has a writing credit on TIE & it's a better song lyrically.It should have been the last song at Eagles shows, in my view (it was on the HFO tour).

Well – it doesn’t happen often, but our final round is falling on a weekend. That’s unfortunate since weekends tend to be a slow time on the board. Hopefully, everyone that’s been participating will have a chance to come in and cast their vote.

To me, all of the final three are awesome songs – each great in their own way. But, I have to go with the one that started it all. It was the first song on the first album, and the band’s first hit. And Travis Tritt’s cover/video of the song was the impetus for ‘Hell Freezes Over’. It was probably played in every live performance that the band ever played so it’s no wonder that, along with Hotel California, it became their definitive song.

Also, it happens to be a great ‘feel good’ song with amazing lyrics, harmonies, and music. Can we say “It's a girl, my lord, in a flat bed Ford" – ‘nough said! Jackson Browne himself has given Glenn high praise for his contributions, performance, and arrangement of the song.

I cast my vote for TAKE IT EASY for the win!!!
