I'm very happy for those of you who are going to this show, especially shun, who will see her first Don solo show, and those of you who are planning on crossing the pond to come over. That is fantastic.

Oh shoot, HH - don't worry about that. We know that you aren't trying to stir the pot. Since you're going to be right in HB's back yard, of course, you would want your concert buddy to be with you. It's too bad that the show conflicts with our planned Border gathering in L.A., but as we say 'stuff happens'. Unfortunately, we can't move the L.A. date to the following weekend because we are trying to take advantage of Monday, 1/16 being a holiday here in the states.

I didn't hit me until maybe a day when I notice that the next day is a holiday. I'm glad it is so I don't have to miss Monday. I probably take a half of day that Friday so I can spend a lot of time with my best friend.

I just remember. This would be an early birthday present to see Don before my birthday. My birthday is February 3rd. 2 and a half weeks early.

I guess this was a sign for me to go to the show in Houston.

If at all possible, I would recommend you do it, shun. Start putting aside money for it right away so you don't get into debt, but do it if you can.

I hadn't realised it was a holiday in the States the following day either.

I told my best friend that I was coming to see her in January. She was happy and playing around that I'm only coming to Houston because Don will be there. LOL I know she was playing. It would be good to see her. I don't think I saw her this year. My best friend told me she's only 10 minutes away from Sugarland. So its good I don't have to travel far to Sugarland from where she lived in Houston. She didn't even know about Smart Financial Centre. I told her it should be opening in January.

Once I get the Memphis trip out of the way, I will concentrate on Don's show. Whatever money I have left over from Memphis, that will go toward my ticket. I was going to get the 79.50 tickets, but since both will be in 100.00s, I'm might as well go with the 99.50 ticket and be in the 200 section.

I can't believe I'll be seeing Don in January. I didn't think it would happen.
