I just remember. This would be an early birthday present to see Don before my birthday. My birthday is February 3rd. 2 and a half weeks early.

I guess this was a sign for me to go to the show in Houston.

If at all possible, I would recommend you do it, shun. Start putting aside money for it right away so you don't get into debt, but do it if you can.

I hadn't realised it was a holiday in the States the following day either.

Set up your "Don" account now and start saving - that's what we all do ....

I've also decided that I need to see him again in concert in the US so just have to figure that out now !!

Are you both going to go? I hope so. I have/had an account called the 'Glenn ❤️Fund' for years.

If I make it to the States that weekend however it will be for Sodas remembrance event. I hope I get there.

Thanks everybody. I'm going to try to save for my ticket first. If I have any money left over from my Memphis trip, I will use that money and buy my ticket in September than October. I can do it because I did it for the Memphis. I love to spend and I didn't even touch that money. I'm soo proud of myself. Luckily I don't have to spend too much money on gas since its only 3 hours away from me.

I'm getting excited. Finally seeing my first Don solo show. This really has been a good year. A new job, seeing Joe with Soda next month and now Don. I didn't think I was going to see neither guys. I miss my chance to see the Eagles. I won't do that with Joe and Don. Even Timothy. I will always kick myself for not seeing the Eagles, but I can't drag on the past. I have to support the other guys.

I need to tell my best friend soon that I'm coming to visit her. I don't remember if I saw her this year. I usually see her once or twice when she comes to see her sister.

Does anyone know if this Houston date is just a one off or could there be further cities added?
Maybe as it's Texas, Don will just do this one show in January.
Hopefully there will be more.

Their probably be more later. This is the second date after the New Year's Eve show. He might be touring in the months or he might start in March when its not snowing that much.

The classic rock station in H-town has started giving away tickets to Don's show. They are playing a game of "name that tune in one note". The first game this morning was the first note of Desperado. That one was so easy! I wish I could listen at work.

I told my best friend that I was coming to see her in January. She was happy and playing around that I'm only coming to Houston because Don will be there. LOL I know she was playing. It would be good to see her. I don't think I saw her this year. My best friend told me she's only 10 minutes away from Sugarland. So its good I don't have to travel far to Sugarland from where she lived in Houston. She didn't even know about Smart Financial Centre. I told her it should be opening in January.

Once I get the Memphis trip out of the way, I will concentrate on Don's show. Whatever money I have left over from Memphis, that will go toward my ticket. I was going to get the 79.50 tickets, but since both will be in 100.00s, I'm might as well go with the 99.50 ticket and be in the 200 section.

I can't believe I'll be seeing Don in January. I didn't think it would happen.
