I'll be the first one to admit my diet is not the best. I'm trying to do "in moderation" vs going cold turkey on the stuff that I love that isn't so good for me. Basically the whole cheat day idea. But if going cold turkey will change things around and keep me healthy - I'll do it in a heartbeat. I've already cut out soda. I only drink them when I go out to eat somewhere, which is maybe once or twice a month as a treat.
