    And, while Peter Thorn is talented and attractive, I didn't see anything while he was playing for Don that made me think he should replace Stu, who does such a terrific job already.

    Al is a very talented guy and very nice too. Some of us have had a chance to talk to him a couples times in the bar after solo shows.

    As we all know now, Bill Armstrong, the talented trumpet player of the "Mighty Horns" passed away in March.

    I listened to the introductions that were on YouTube of the Hollywood Bowl show where we first noticed Bill's absence. For those who are wondering, the gentleman who is filling in for Bill at this time is Les Lovitt from Jack Mack & the Heart Attack. Here is a little bit of information I found about him ...
