I think after years of the constraints of being in the Eagles, they should all take their freedom and work with whoever interests them most. And that is what they seem to be doing. When you listen to their recent solo work, it'[s very different.

How about a Leadon-Felder duo? Perhaps they could bring in the rest of their high school band. Or bring in Stephen Stills if they need a songwriter.

We don't know whether Glenn's approval extended to these songs being recorded by his former bandmates. I would doubt it.

As for Bernie.... his stint with the Eagles ended, sooner than expected. What has he done since?

I didn't suggest that Glenn had given his approval to anyone but Jack. Interestingly, Jack said that he was going to record two of the songs with Chris Hillman and Herb Pedersen.
