Eagles nominated for the Echo Award

That is very interesting: The Eagles are nominated for a German Award, yay!

They other nominees in the category Best International Band are:

Bon Jovi, Linkin Park, Snow Patrol and Sunrise Avenue (never heard about them )
One thing makes me confused: The Echo site says the winner will be decided by a jury... but at the same time it says the winner will be decided by record sales. Hmmmm...

As no one seems to know this award is the most important music award in Germany. It's like the Grammy Award in the USA and Brit Awards in the UK. Just to let you know.

Thanks for the heads up, EF. Gee, the guys are running up an impressive list of nominations, that's for sure. While I guess it's unrealistic to think they will win them all, I sure hope they do win some of them. I agree with you about this award though, I'm a little confused about the selection process.
