When I was watching the concert last night, I laughed when Don asked about the score. I wonder rooting for. If he was bidding on Astros, money coming his way.
Don did that in Houston. As he was introducing Chris, he told the audience it was a bad night for the Cowboys.
Brothers for life. RIP Glenn
I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley
Yes, I’m guessing Don is more of a Rangers fan but he probably was rooting for the Astros. Funny he was thinking about it all the way in Detroit while so many of us in Texas were glued to the TV watching the game.

Walk Away and Heartache Tonight are next on the setlist (going by the Louisville show) but no videos for those have shown up yet.

Going by the concert in Louisville, the next song is Hotel California for the 1st encore, followed by RMW and Desperado for the 2nd encore. I haven’t found those videos but they may still turn up.
So that’s most of the show. I tried to follow the setlist so it seems almost like being there, lol. In addition to the ones noted, One of These Nights (the 3rd song) is also missing.
This is the last full concert of the year (I’m assuming they won’t play the whole setlist at the Opry, which is more of a private show anyway). Until Don and the others started dropping hints about performing again, I never would have expected these concerts. It remains to be seen if they perform again next year. If so, I doubt they will do a major full-blown tour. More likely they will play a few dates here and there and hopefully one of those will be in southeast Texas.
At any rate, I’m proud of these guys. It couldn’t have been easy moving forward without Glenn. They put on some really good shows and Vince and Deacon handled it very well.

Im so glad they decided to go again. Though I got to see them at the classic east, I already hope to see them again. I agree with you Delilah that I doubt they will do a full tour but I bet they do groups of mini tours in all parts of the US. I hope they come to mass but New England would do. But I think the guys sounded great. Deacon seemed to gain confidence and do better. I think he should get more lead vocals next time (if there’s a next time). I think they should the set list a little but other than that, the band is doing great the way they are
Thanks Delilah for always finding the videos! And I agree with YoungEaglesFan, it seems Deacon gets better every time he performs. I hope they do decide to tour in some capacity next year. I would love to see them live.
Thanks for the videos posted already.
Pity there isn't a video for Those Shoes. It rocked!
Thanks. I still don't agree with the reviewer, but it's better that I stay away from these threads, because there's no point in commenting only when I have something negative to say. I already did that too much in the Don Felder sub-forum. I'm not interested in what the band does now, but I do occasionally check out what people say about gigs they've seen.
