How's the weather?

Dreamer, I do the same thing-apply Eaglese to many situations in my life! As soon as I saw what it was like outside today, that line from "Desperado" came right into my head!
And I do think we are all connected to each other. Our love for the Eagles has brought us all together, and I think that is very special!

Yesterday, I had my "Best of Glenn Frey" CD playing in the car. As the car was warming up, "The Heat Is On" started playing. As I sat there shivering, I hollered "NO" when he started singing, "Tell me, can you feel it?" lol!

Cold, Cold, and did I mention Cold? Going down to 24 tonight, will be 50 tomorrow. Dang I wish It was spring already

For the first time in weeks, there is no snow in the forecast for the next 2 days AND the temperature is suppose to be 26 degrees!

Ran out to do a few errands this morning and found this sign in front of one of the businesses at the end of town. It pretty much sums up how everyone in this town feels every winter.

We got up this morning to 3-4 inches of the white fluffy stuff. A big surprise as the weatherman had said we might have a few flurries! And it's very cold, a high of 14.

Freezing rain and slick roads are no fun at all . And more is expected tomorrow.

It's in the 70's for highs and 60's for lows all of this week here... Although it was freakishly cold for FL a couple of nights last week - lows were in the very low 20's! I hate FL weather! You dress for the cold in the morning and by afternoon it's too hot! I'd much rather be cold then hot myself! I've never seen snow before and I'd really love to see some one day. But I guess it's like they say... the grass is always greener, huh? LOL!
