Can't believe it! Woke up this morning to a light covering of snow!!! In April!! There were intermittent snow showers over the day though it didn't stick. More forecast for tonight!

MF! Over here even in summer 20degrees C is considered warm! What would be your lowest during winter?

GA, our lowest temperature in winter would be around 6 degrees celcius as a minimum (morning temperature) and about 14 degrees celcius as a maximum (afternoon). This does not apply to the whole of South Africa - just Cape Town.

It's just crazy. Heavy frosts the last three mornings. It's spring; it should be getting warmer!

80F the last three days, and today we had a hailstorm! My back deck was literally covered by golf-ball size hail.
Now the temp is going down to mid-60s. You gotta love springtime in the South!

Thanks, Brooke, fortunately nothing was hurt. My cat was a little spooked though--she looked so funny as she was watching the hail fall out the back door!

Where oh where is spring?

Its here in Ireland!! Actually I think we skipped Spring this year and went straight to summer! It has been hot and sunny here since the weekend with temps of up to 20Deg C. I had the kids at the beach today and it was beautiful there! It should continue for the next few days. Then its probably back to more 'normal' weather!
