I told them at the end of the period.

I pulled up a photo from the OOTN era on the computer and projected it on the smart board. I had to show them what their "former military man" really looked like in the seventies. They were like "NO WAY that's the same guy. NO WAY." LOL.

And when I told them how off they were on Timothy, they couldn't believe it!

They were right on with several things on each guy but Timothy, wow!

Am I the only one who doesn't think Don's pants look too tight.

Soda, did you ever tell your classes who they are?

ETA: oops, I see you answered my question about the same time as I asked...

Did you tell them who Deacon's real dad was?

    Brothers for life. RIP Glenn

I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley

I am so glad I'm reading this when no one else is in the office… because I am laughing so hard!

These are great. This is a creative writing class, right? Because the stories these kids are coming up with are hilarious!

LOL I agree mostly with Vince and Don's assessments (especially Don's) but with Timothy - way off.

Thank goodness Will is not part of that picture. It would been interesting what they would had said about him. They probably would had said Don is his father, but loves and gets along with Joe.

First year composition class! All 18 and 19, which might explain all the focus on father issues. lol

Shun, maybe it's because they perceive Don as the authority figure.
