Deacon’s favorite song

I’m not sure where to put this exactly but Deacon made a post saying that his favorite Eagles song is pretty maids all in a row. I think that’s an interesting song choice. I cant say I agree but it is a song I like a lot

Really? Interesting choice. I'm surprised it isn't a song that his father sang. I love Pretty Maids, and it's one of my favorites of Joe's, but not a favorite by any means.

I think choosing a Glenn song would be too predictable and obvious. PMIAR is interesting and a bit unexpected though. It reminds of what some of the students said in the Photo Analysis thread about Deacon admiring Joe and wanting to be like him.

I suppose maybe the growing up theme of the song resonates with him at this stage of his life. I personally really like the song but yeah you would think he would choose something else, particularly one from his dad
