The next album to be eliminated in Eagles’ Album Survivor is On the Border. “On the Border”, the tribe has spoken and you didn’t get the best of our love. Is it true that you are already gone? Yes, it's true and this must feel like a good day in hell for you, my man. But, it’s time to turn that Ol’ 55 of yours into a midnight flyer because you must leave the island immediately.

We’re at the last round. This round is special, so it’s done differently. We’re not going to vote for the album we want to go. We’re going to vote for the album we want to win. This is how they do it on the real show, after all.

    Once again...

VOTE FOR THE ALBUM YOU WANT TO WIN.

    Desperado vs. Hotel California

Voting for the final round begins now.

This isn't even close. Literally my most favorite Eagles album against my least favorite Eagles album. I had saved voting against Desperado until later because I'd be wasting a vote.

    But to say the least:

    Umm, well, LOL.

I won't go that far, but it's definitely not a good album to me. Keeping in mind my tastes, it does the least for me personally.

Desperado listened straight through tells a story of the brash young "outlaw man" who refused to change or settle down, and ended up alone and full of regret. Even when THEY were young Desperadoes, our guys could see where that road could lead. It's NOT a (bleeping) cowboy record! It's EPIC, with great insights...a joy to listen to on repeat! Hotel California is great--but Desperado is timeless.

    Brothers for life. RIP Glenn

I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley
