Take it To The Limit and In The City.
Brothers for life. RIP Glenn
I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley
Again...
You Belong to the City (I know it's Glenn, but honestly, I've never liked that song. I can't tell you why. I just dont')
Dirty Laundry
I vote for Boys of Summer and Take It To The Limit.
In the City (sorry Joe, I still love ya and your contributions to the band are huge!!!)
and
Desperado beautiful song but it's pretty much Don all by himself.
"They will never forget you 'till somebody new comes along"
1948-2016 Gone but not forgotten
I vote for In the City and Desperado
I love Desperado, but this is not the best performance of it IMO...its not right without Glenn at the piano and Don on the drums!
I vote for Dirty Laundry and Desperado for this round.
'I must be leaving soon... its your world now'
Glenn Frey 1948-2016 RIP
Come on, everybody who hasn't voted. Save Dirty Laundry. Its one of the most fun song on the DVD. It shouldn't go this early just because its a solo song. It deserve to go farther.
SAVE Dirty Laundry.
VOTE Desperado

I've missed several rounds due to my hip fracture last Monday but I will try to be more active. I've had to see what's been voted off. A lot of great songs, with some great songs still in play!
I've always been an advocate for the Eagles playing solo songs rather than obscure Eagles tracks I may not like. I want the 3 hour concert. I don't want a short concert. But I don't want that 3 hour concert with an 1 hour of songs I don't like, especially the earlier stuff. I loved the HOTE show and preferred it, but I'm glad I saw LROOE for those other songs. I think HOTE was good because there was enough other songs I loved to make up for it. Needless to say, the deep tracks from Desperado didn't do it for me. I didn't care for the rearranged Witchy Woman, either. However I got to hear Already Gone and Those Shoes, which I didn't get to see on the LROOE show. I remember leaving the LROOE show feeling happy, but a little miffed I didn't hear Already Gone. The only part I didn't like. HOTE was better seats, and that plus hearing those two songs is why I preferred that show over my LROOE show. Also no funeral suits, which is great, lol. I also think a lot of people will never get to see a solo show, I certainly never got to see Glenn solo or with Joe as the Party of Two. I did see Joe Walsh solo, but I don't think Don will ever come close enough where I feel I can travel that far for it or get someone to drive me there.
Now then....
