Wow! 50 years. Congrats to the debut album!

The early Eagles with Bernie on guitar are definitely not my cup of tea music style-wise at all (except songs like TIE or WW) but you can't have Hotel California or The Long Run, which I love dearly and consider my favorites, without the first album. You can't have *any* of their other albums without the first one. While I much prefer the AOR/classic rock later 70s Eagles with Joe onboard, the early country/country-rock era of the band is where it all started, as Glenn famously said before starting TIE on the HFO disc. You have to start somewhere and what a song Take It Easy was and still is!

WOW 50 YEARS AGO ! HAPPY 50TH ANNIVERSARY TO THE EAGLES - THE ALBUM THAT STARTED IT ALL !

Take It Easy, Peaceful Easy Feeling and WW such classics that still stand today. Who would ever have thought they would become the biggest band of the 70's and the biggest American Band in history.
