Linda along with Earth, Wind, and Fire, Sesame Street, Michael Tilson Thomas, and Sally Field are this year's Kennedy Center Honorees. This year, KCH will be televised super early this time. December 15th. A week after the taping.
In the back of my mind, I'm wishing and hoping Don is one of the performers to honor her. Congrats to Linda.

    Brothers for life. RIP Glenn

I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley

If Don is asked, they would 2016 KC Honoree when they announce him. They usually say that if there are a former honoree.

    Congratulations to Linda!

I agree - this is so well deserved. I hope she will be able to be there for the gala and other celebratory events.

The trailer is out for Linda's new documentary. Don pops up in the trailer. The picture and video of Glenn we've seen before pops up in the trailer. I wish Glenn was alive to be part of this.

It will be out in theaters in September. I can't wait to see this.

Loved the trailer. Thanks shun, and thank to CA too - I was wondering if the film was going to be aired on CNN.
