Dreamer's post about her Ebay purchase made me wonder what other things people have won. I won Desperado and it arrived yesterday - hooray - just in time for Christmas. I also won an Eagles t-shirt transfer(20 years old!), which I am going to put on the bluest shirt I can find ready for the gig next year.

I won auctions for a Hotel California tourbook, a Long Run tourbook, Glenn's freshman yearbook, all of Glenn's LPs, and an LP from the movie "The Lonely Guy" for which he wrote a song. And I plan to do some more purchasing once I recover from holiday spending! Me loves Ebay! lol

I missed a chance to get 'The Allnighter' LP last week.... I haven't even got a record deck any more but the artwork would have been interesting!

Your purchases sound cool, soda! I love Ebay too. Also got Glenn's live album very reasonably.

Do you mean in LP form? If so, I need to get cracking! I don't have that LP! Also, does anyone know if Strange Weather is in LP form? I assumed they were both released only on CD and tape.

Don't know about SW being on LP, sorry.

I have two autographed pictures which I won on Ebay. Of course, despite the certificates of authenticity, I can't be entirely sure they were signed by the man himself, but they look like they were.

I got that 'Always Glenn Frey' Coke logo Tshirt from Ebay and a couple of other Eagles Tshirts. I got my Dublin DVD from Ebay. If that wonderful Allnighter shirt ever reappears I will try to get it.

Very nice. The Meisner one is the best, I think, and it doesn't look like Henley at all. Glenn looks sweet.
