What's happening in your life? 11/06-08/08

[Ive always been a dreamer]

The day after Christmas I am leaving for what is becoming an annual trip to Nashville to visit my aunt. I enjoy going, but I don't usually have a pc when I'm there. I'm going to take my work laptop, but I still don't know if I'll have Internet connection at my aunt's house. Like last year, I'll tuck my Glenn pillowcases in a secret place in my suitcase, along with a few nice pictures, so I don't lapse into a severe case of PGW. I'll come back on Saturday, and then leave Sunday to drive to Pennsylvania to spend New Year's eve with my SO and his family. Like last year, I'll have to go back to work just to get some rest.

I just got some news... I got my final mark from my first semester at college! I had been out of school for 6 years before this past semester and took a English course. It was a BIG unknown how i would do... and the results are IN!!

I got a A!!!

Can you tell i'm a 'little' happy? hehehe

Just as I was scrolling through Frey Fever, my mom comes up and peers over my shoulder. "Who is this?" "It's Glenn Frey, Mom." "Oh, is the person in Fleetwood Mac?" "No - he's from the Eagles." "Oh - yes - it is Steve Nicks who is the man in Fleetwood Mac, right?"



And then I had to minimize before she spotted a comment by Dreamer.

I laughed out loud at this, Soda. Bless that minimize button! I have to confess about mixing Lindsey and Stevie to start with.
