Thank you so much Soda! We don't actually celebrate Mother's day over here today. Its the middle Sunday in Lent due to an old tradition. But to all the members who do, I'll echo Soda's sentiments.

Thanks! I hope all the mothers out there are having a wonderful Mother's Day too. I spent yesterday in Huntsville with my mother. Then today, my daughters gave me several sweet presents, including a book of the 40 Best Rolling Stone Interviews and the CD Soundtrack of Across the Universe, and my hubby is grilling steaks for dinner.

My kids sent me flowers and we took flowers to our mothers.

My parents are actually up here visiting me right now, so I got to spend Mother's Day with my mother for the first time in a LONG time. I got her a corsage and a card, and after church we all went out to eat at a nice place by the river.

There was a lot of activity at the local mall, with people all frantically shopping and buying gifts, but it made me sad, since I don't have my mom to spoil anymore.
