Thanks for all your great reviews, cmoore. It's good to hear about them back in the day as well as now.

It seems US audiences are a bit rowdier than the British, even though we have such a bad record with binge drinking. None of the four concerts I have been to have been marred by drunkenness, although there is usually quite a bit of chat going on. Maybe it's the price of beer at the venues, lol!
