Not sure about Bernie, but Glenn and Randy are wearing those famous gold Eagle medallions the original guys wore in many of their publicity photos and even at live appearances. Each had an image of an eagle on the front, and the name of the band member to whom it belonged on the back. Only four were made, then the mold was broken. I believe they were Glyn Johns' idea.
cool, know where i could order one or get one made? i wish there was a close up of one
And wouldn't it be cool to know where the originals are now? I wonder if the guys still have them safely tucked away somewhere. Anyone ever hear?

I was wondering the same thing, Willie. It would be awesome to hear the background story about them from the guys.

Well, as Soda said, since there were only four made, I would think they were/are pretty coveted pieces. I wouldn't be surprised if they all still had them, although Bernie didn't appear to wear his as often as the others back in the day. Glenn and Don wore their's up until sometimes in the late 70's. Here's some of the last pictures that I remember seeing of them with it. Glenn apparently wore his a little later than Don. I wonder if their demise was symbolic of the band's???
