Austin, I'm glad you had a good time in Florida - I can imagine how depressing it must be to return home to unpleasant weather. Ah, just look at the photos you have from the trip and reminisce! Perhaps that will help the blues.

I'm back a couple of hours. It was an interesting but exhausting weekend. I was delighted to meet some cousins that I have not met in decades, and some of their children too! But I did over 500 miles driving in the two days and am shattered. We DID make it to the Hard Rock in Manchester and have bought the compulsory pins and t- shirt as well as a cute bracelet with guitar charms that hang on. Laura bought pins and a teddy bear. And we all loved the food as always!

I'll post a few pics in s day or two when I'm less tired. Thanks for all the good wishes folks!

I had the most amazing rehearsal last night with my friend James, another singer and fellow band members for our upcoming show at GrandWest Casino. I just felt so inspired thereafter - I was like the Duracell bunny, hahaha. I'm really excited about the show - we are working with such talented musicians, who are also super people. It's a pleasure to know and work with them.

I got myself a new laptop today. Keep your fingers crossed that it will serve me well... I am sick of computer issues! I have three years breakdown cover with Argos though, and they are always pretty good with returns and replacements. It's an HP (in my favourite colour - red) and I'm really enjoying setting it up and customizing it. Loving it so far.
