I did a quick search on Discogs and Allmusic.com and could not find a Colleen Stewart/Therese Heston album. I wonder if it ever was released.

I wish I could have answered your question, NMB. I'm curious too. Your tip about the Lauren Wood photo is the most recent item I've seen about her, so thank you for that. My guess is that she did leave the music business at least by the 90s.

Thank you for trying, D. Some Meisner Mysteries cannot be solved.

She was lost but now she's found. Ms. Heston is now Terese Hanses; she is a music publisher and producer.

She looks great! I guess she didn't leave the music scene after all.

Here's a 1992 article that references another benefit where Randy performed, this time for Hugh Wright, drummer for Boy Howdy. It starts after the piece about the Pontiac Brothers; scroll down to "BOY HOWDY."

Wright's family has medical insurance to cover most expenses, Hopper said, but his hospitalization will still be a drain on their finances. The other members of Boy Howdy--guitarists Cary and Larry Park and singer Jeffrey Steele--will try to help Wright and his wife by playing a benefit concert Monday at 8 p.m. at the Cowboy Boogie Co., 1721 S. Manchester Ave., Anaheim. Joining them will be Randy Meisner (the former Eagles and Poco member), Billy Swan (a regular sidekick of Kris Kristofferson), local country band Purple Sky, and others to be announced.

How tragic that he was badly injured when he was trying to help someone else.

He died a couple years ago

A lukewarm review of a Poco show by the L.A. Times. Randy does get a nice shout-out though.

The Meisner/Eagles classic "Take It to the Limit" was given its due, with some splendid falsetto work from the bassist. The current album's Richard Marx contribution, "Nothin' to Hide," offered some excellent vocal harmonies, which also prevailed during an acoustic segment that included "Crazy Love" and "Who Else."

Interesting - thank you, D. Hey did you see about their opening act Kris McKay; she was in a Texas band called the Wild Seeds. I remember "I'm Sorry, I Can't Rock You All Night Long" but that's probably before your time

This brings back 1988 real strong for me

So sorry to hear this. Hugh Wright was one of the good ones and yes, he was seriously injured when he was run over while trying to help someone. It's a miracle he survived and was able to recover.
