Just when I think that ticketmaster could not be any more inept, they pull some shenanigans like today and outdo themselves!
Who in their right mind is going to pay for tickets only to find out the row and seat number after the fact??? Not me.
When Ticketmaster realized they had a problem -- and it only took them an hour, their solution was to kick you out of the site and deny re-entry.
Way to go ticketmaster! Keep up the good work!!!

TM tends to block you if you use multiple browsers. It happened to once and I learned my lesson. Now I use one browser and haven't been blocked since.
I'm still wondering why we only had to pay $213 for our tickets on Wednesday-not that I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Well this little snafu along with the email thing does it for me. Guess its no History of the Eagles shows for me. If I can't get a ticket in the first few rows, traveling 800 miles to sit in the nosebleed seats just doesn't make sense. It makes me terribly sad I won't get to see them perform but it is what it is.
I live 50 miles away and I feel the same way.
Top selling tix is almost $300 for these shows. Even without travel expenses I can buy a lot of things for the house with that money and if push comes to shove I'll just go to Wednesday's show.
Truth is the History Tour will eventually hit SoCal in a big way and tickets probably won't be as hard to get at a more reasonable price.
Wonder what the VIP tickets will cost?

That's the strange thing. I only used one browser and I didn't exceed their "search again" limit. I also could not log on using my husband's computer which has a different IP address. I only got kicked out when they seemed to have solved their problem and began giving actual row and seat numbers.
I can still log-on. I see you are from New York maybe the lock-out only effected people outside California.
