    I like most of his looks apart from the Inside Job one - that hair and glasses - not a good look !!

    I actually think he's looking mighty fine these last few years even with his beard - it does kind of grow on you after a while .....

    I particularly like this look (and especially when he wears plaid shirts and jeans)

    I prefer him without the goatee beard I have to admit. When its so obviously different in colour from his hair I think it doesn't do a lot for him. Makes him look older. JMHO

    I'm with GA about the greybeard. I prefer Don clean shaven these days, although I'm okay with a little bit of stubble.
