Dreamer! You are getting sleepy, you are seeing Glenn's  eyes before you, and they're calling you home ... to London... to the O2 Arena... on 20 March...
Is the hypnosis working?
Oh man! How I would love to be there. But, it's just not possible. If only I would have known the guys would be playing Europe this early, I could have planned better. Oh well, I'm still hoping they will go back one last time maybe next year before calling it quits once and for all.

I'm so excited. My first Eagles concert, and 'Will Hollis' spotting! Actually, I'm looking forward to seeing them all in the flesh. Looking forward to singing along and drooling.

Hi All,
28 DAYS TO GO!
I've decided to take my camera. I've been reading up on how to take photo's in dark places without using the flash(so hopefully I won't get spotted by security). I'm not the world best photographer, so I might not get anything very good, but it has to be worth a try.
I'm getting very excitied about seeing the band for the first time, and just the thought of being in the same room as Will Hollis makes me go weak at the knees.
LOL

Steph, one of my friends who is going with me to see the Eagles in Atlanta adores Scott the way you adore Will. It is interesting to read posts from all the different people on the boards and to hear which man is their favorite, from the four main Eagles to their many talented and good-looking supporting musicians.
So many gorgeous men, so little time! 8)

Yes, I absolutely adore Will; :smitten: both his looks & his playing. I love watching him play because he shows so many facial expressions, from concentrating to laughing, and he sometimes looks like he's gone off into a world of his own. I love it best when he plays piano(which he doesn't with the Eagles as they have talented Mike) 'cos he looks so emotional. I have stuff which he's done as a session musician for other people where he plays some beautiful piano.
I love his dark shiny hair & his eyes, and his smile, his quite solid-looking sexy body & legs(he has a bit more meat on him than the other guys I think)..........this list could be endless!!
I also like things about the 4 Eagles too,
Glenn - his cheeky personality & his smile.
Don - his lovely eyes
Joe - he looks so sexy when he has shorter hair & wears his glasses
Tim - Love the hair
I like Scott's smile too.
As you said, so many georgeous men!!

Thanks so much, GA and Dreamer! I am really getting excited now! I have had contact with my friend who is ill, and she is very excited for me too! It makes me feel SO much better.
GA, I can't wait to meet you, either! :blueblob:
Dreamer, I'll try my best to get the boys' attention - do you think a push-up bra will help?

Mrs F, I'm wishing you safe travel and a wonderful time! I hope the concert is as wonderful as the ones I've been to and more and you get great seats up front!
We'll miss you while you are gone and hurry back and get those details in ASAP! :P

OMG - I am so excited for all of you who are going. Cannot wait for your reviews.
Now - how about some more American dates. Can we send in requests of which cities we would like them to perform in :hmm: let's see .... how about 4 shows in Kansas City. Yep, that's a good idea. We have a nice new arena. Perfect. Okay then, we'll put you down for 4 shows in July  see you then.

I'll try to catch the more details I could! I haven't got a front seat, but the one I could afford doesn't seem too bad I think :D
MF, I wish you to have a good trip and of course, a wonderful concert hoping you won't faint either, particulary if you manage to catch Glenn's attention!

I'm so excited for all of you that are going to the London gigs.
Claire, don't worry about where your seats are located, the important thing is that you are THERE. I've never been able to afford really good seats either. When I saw them in Dallas, I was actually behind the stage....great view of a great behind(Timothy's, of course!), and they had big screens that showed all the guys that were close enough to really see them. The excitement will fill the air no matter where you are and you will be so thrilled to be there, it will take your breath away.
GA that is so cool, you must be walking on cloud 9!
While we're putting in requests, a few concerts in Nashville, please!
To all of you, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! And share details! We can't wait to hear all about every little thing....although I don't know how you'll manage to take notes while drooling!
Claire

GA I can imagine your excitement!
RKA, thanks for putting me at rest
I'm so thrilled to attend to this Eagles show... A few months ago, I wouldn't have dared hope to see them live! Front seats would have been great, that's sure, but I know I'm gonna have the time of my life, wherever I am! And I consider I'm lucky to have such an opportunity... :) From what I heard, an Eagles show is a unique experience!
So to all of you in the US or elsewhere, I really wish you to see them as soon as possible! As diehard fans, you deserve it!

I can understand how excited you are feeling. I'm excited, but have reached the almost neurotic stage. It's my first Eagles concert and I'm thinking....
What if.......it's not as good as I expect it to be?
What if.......they don't do any of my favourite songs?
What if ......my darling Will Hollis is not as good looking in the flesh as he is in photo's/on DVD?
Somebody reassure me PLEASE!!!!!!

Steph and ff61 - I know you won't be disappointed at your first Eagles concert. Have the time of your life, ladies.
And Steph - let me reassure you - Will (a.k.a. Smokin' Hot A$$, Jr.) is gorgeous in person. As I've mentioned before, I've seen him a few times at Glenn's solo shows in 2006 and last year at Niagara Falls. I chatted with him for a while in Niagara Falls and he was very sweet as well as very HS&G.

Its a Public holiday here tomorrow so the Doctors will be closed until Tuesday! Luckily I found some antibiotics from a previous dose in the press earlier. I'm starting on them and MF texted me to get an immune booster! On the way!!

I'll be singing my heart out.
I'm so envious of you 'Dreamer'; :jealous: I'd love to meet Will and chat to him.
When I watch him closely on the Farewell 1 DVD & Don's Live Inside Job DVD I see a myriad of expressions on his face and in his eyes - I think he's probably quite a deep person, with a lot going on inside his head, and that appeals to me. I'd love to hear him talk about his love of music.
Of course, I appreciate his Smokin' Hot A$$ Jr. attributes too!
I'll be at the concert on Sat 22 - anyone else going that night?
I hope that in addition to the tracks from the new CDs we get Lyin' Eyes, Peaceful Easy Feeling, Take it to the Limit, Sunset Grill, All she Wants to do is Dance, Heartache Tonight, Life in the Fast Lane & Take it Easy(even though it wasn't in the dress rehearsal show). On top of those I'd be happy with any of their other songs.
Sometimes I think it would be good to see them do some others like Saturday Night, After the Thrill is Gone, Sad Cafe, Good Day in Hell, On the Border.
Basically, I just want them to do every song in a mega concert - how many hours would that take? I know, I'm just being greedy!!!

GA, I hope you are already feeling better. I can tell you, there ain't no better tonic than an Eagles concert, so I know you'll be fine! I visited my Mum and Dad yesterday, both of whom were under the weather, and I'm afraid I was selfishly thinking "Don't let me catch anything!"
Looks like it's going to be a cold Easter weekend. Temperatures down to -9 degrees C and possible snow. Added to that the Bank holiday maintenance on the rail system and it could turn out quite interesting. However I'm sure that the warm glow we'll have after the concert will keep the chill out!

Just a question: as a newbie in Eagles concert, I wonder if the guys are generally prompt or if as with many other bands, the show begins later than the hour indicated...
I ask that because the friends with whom I go to the show keep telling me it doesn't matter if we don't arrive exactly at time but it makes me really anxious... Personally, I think we should be at the arena as soon as the doors open but they don't really agree with me...
So, I thought I should ask you what you think about that :D

I can't remember if they were on time back in '94 and '95 for HFO, but I, personally, would get there when the doors open even if they had an opening act (which I'm thinking they don't have for LROOE). I would never take the chance of not being there to see them take the stage. Try to convince your friends to be there on time. And whatever you do, don't let them talk you into leaving before the encores "to beat the crowds!" I never understand how people can buy tickets for a show and then arrive late and leave early! Don't leave your seats until the house lights come on! I hope you have a great time, Claire!

Claire, it's usual for them to come out a bit late, but you can never tell whether it will be 10 minutes or 30. I agree with katherine - better safe than sorry. Be there when the doors open. It could be the exception - one of the rare concerts where they start exactly on time!

:D Hi!Just like to add my thoughts on this.I do take my daughters to a lot of concerts in the UK and we always arrive early & soak up the atmosphere, have plenty of time to buy merchandise etc then find our seats and people watch-it's all part of the experience! We always say hello to whoever's next to us usually they are friendly! And I totally agree with Katherine NEVER leave until the house lights are on!!
and enjoy every moment!! luv FF61
PS- ONLY 6DAYS TO GO! :D :D

Thanks everyone for your advices!
Katherine, don't worry, I won't leave my seats before I'm really sure the show is ended and I think neither my friends will! Once the show will start, I'm pretty sure they'll be bewitched as I will  ... It's strange that you tell me about that because last night I dreamed I left too soon so that I missed the encores... What a nightmare! :worried:
FF61, I understand what you mean, talking about the atmosphere! You seem to appreciate every little moment of the shows you go to, that's great! Two days to go for me! I presume the excitation grows and grows for you too!
