I felt the same way Julie. ;) The biggest surprize to me is that I am the only one that has Seven Bridges Road on their list. I just love it, and could never leave it off. I guess technically it could be classified as a duet, but I put it on anyway. It wouldn't be fair to leave it off! ;)

Ah, yes, Seven Bridges Road would have been in my list too, but I felt Glenn shares the lead in it, so in many ways it fits into the Don/Glenn shared vocals, although I acknowledge Tim's and Joe's contributions as well. Did Don F also sing a capella on this?

I'm with you Kate - I put SBR in with the Glenn shared-vocals list. As far as Don F. contributing, I was curious about that too. He's not exactly known for his voice. But when I watch them do it on old bootlegs, he's there at the mic. If he's not singing, he's doing a good job of lip-syncing. ;)

With regard to Felder singing on Seven Bridges Road - I always assumed that he did. I'm pretty sure Felder sang harmonies on some of the Eagles records as he did in some of the concerts. I think he could hold a tune even though his voice may not have been comparable to the other guys. He did release a solo album called "Airbourne" after the breakup in which he sings.

I was in the car today and "Too Many Hands" came on. I cranked it up and was reminded just how much it rocked! I noticed Irene is the only one that mentions it. It's definitely underrated.

But you won't hear a sound as she turns around!

RG, you're right. It is interesting to compare Randy's voice in Too Many Hands with Randy's voice in Most Of Us Are Sad - there really is a striking distance.

I'm surprised by how many people listed Please Come Home for Christmas as one of their very favorite Eagles songs. I'd never have expected that!

When I first heard PCHFC I just couldn't believe the Eagles were doing it! I loved it! And now it's a major play during the Christmas season. Just wouldn't be Christmas without it anymore! :D

I much prefer Funky New Year. PCHFC is a bit too 'syrupy' for me.
