You're right, TG - I took that photo at Cadogan Hall in London back in March. It was a while after the Chicago show, so I guess he'd settled into it and felt much more comfortable by the time I saw him. He did a great job!

Having some serious Timmy blues today for some reason. Actually woke up thinking about this picture this morning. I remembered standing just inches away from him as he came through that door and thinking that even after being so close to him on stage with the Eagles in Cincinnati, this was all very special this time and that he seemed larger than life to me.

First of all, Troub - I'm glad you are flattered that I chose your photo. I looked at a lot of pictures from that show, including the ones on WireImage and yours came out on top in my book. :thumbsup: You and a lot of other Borderers took some awesome pictures of all the guys last year. As someone who doesn't even take a camera with me to shows, trust me when I say how much I appreciate them all. My hats off to all of you!!! :bow: :bow:

I haven't been on here in some time... but thought I'd open this thread... the first pics that came up were the Chicago ones. I haven't looked at those pics in some time. So long that I wasn't even sure which were the ones I took... but one thing is for sure, those memories came flooding back and filled me with happiness. Seeing him up close and personal... sensing he was nervous, but totally pulling it off. That was such a great night! All the photos of his solo shows were so personal... I love looking at them.

In my search, I've tried every conceivable name combination...Ella Schmit, Ella Jean Schmit, Jean Schmit, Ella Cromie Schmit, Jean Cromie Schmit, Ella Jean Cromie Schmit, even just initials (EJ with one and both last names). I've hit a brick wall at every turn! I've also tried searching 'art galleries in LA' and 'private art galleries in greater LA' (with and without artist name attached). Honestly, she is like a phantom when it comes to internet searches! I wonder if Owen will be as elusive with her work?

Timothy in an interview talks about Jean doing a project in Hawaii. I don't remember all the details but I thought she was restoring something. Maybe that is her area of talent. If that is the case she probably wouldn't has a showing of her personal work. I think he even talked about how if anyone was in Hawaii they should go by and look at whatever it was she worked on. Maybe it was the interview that he did where they interviewed Timothy and Joe.

The interview is on the web at www.undercover.fm (http://www.undercover.fm). It was done in December while the band was touring Australia (it's a two-part interview and is still online). He was asked specifics about individual songs on Expando and he said Jean was in Hawaii working on an art project that took longer than originally planned and her absence was what prompted the song. He says in the interview she was building a canoe and it's on display in her 'studio in LA' --the implication I get is that it is a public studio/gallery.

I had the same problem. When it brings up the message that your not logged in you don't need to log out and log back in. There should be a place to enter your login information in the middle of the screen. Enter your login info there and then you should be able to see the pics.

The "confirmation" log-in required to view attachments is an extra security measure in the board software to prevent people from uploading content that may cause a virus via an attachment. Sorry that it's inconvenient and confusing. :( You should just be able to hit "log in" on the screen that pops up to go to the photo.

But it's worth your trouble - that Timothy sure does have great legs! ;)
