I asked the guy if I could hold it...I was shocked by how heavy it was...I guess I never realized the weight of guitars. Austin, you would know about these things...

yes TK...they are heavy...and the strings on a bass are very thick compared to other guitars...did you notice that?...Timothy isn't very big...but he is strong!!!

Yes, they had a very cool Custom that was gorgeous! Something like what Joe might play...It was too heavy for me. It was also really expensive.(I forgot the price, but it was a lot) Then I tried the lite & it felt pretty good!

I've seen snippets of this before, but never the whole thing. Timothy (or "Tim", as he calls himself) comes in around 3:40. Then he sings Hear That Music! Then he is interviewed, and it is translated into French! See the look he gives Paul Cotton during Hoedown! Oh my gosh...And, his voice sounds sooooo good. The French love Timmy!

We live in Kansas and got a really nasty storm on the 19th. My house is basically totalled. Roof, gutters, windows, siding, Ripped the electrical stuff off the side of the house. Glass from shattered windows all over my carpet. Had to throw away my new sheets and comforter because of all the glass.

I was feeling really down and sorry for myself until I saw the tornado in Oklahoma. We got lucky. It is a mess and will be a hassle dealing with insurance then during all the work. But we are all alive.

We have a place here online called snapfish who you can email pictures to and they will make them into posters,keyrings or whatever so you're bound to have something similar....not sure how you would do it yourself I'm not very computer literate either :) Maybe someone will know of a way.

Well, you probably have to print it out if you're physically going to take it somewhere, like a pharmacy, to have it done. For best quality you probably would want to get photo paper to print it on, but Dyan's snapfish suggestion is probably better, because you can just send the photo to their site. Just do some digging. You'll figure it out!

yeah I just played Keep on Tryin'...from Longbeach 1980...I didn't realize that was on there...would love to see them do it...Timothy did it in his solo shows last year...sounded awesome...

Oh I love it. They sound so great - Don singin' on top, I think! Surprised Timothy could concentrate with all of the trouble going on on stage that night! I wish they would play it again on this tour, seems like it would be easier for Tim to sing than ICTYW and LWKUA (not that they would drop those!) Keep On Tryin' is a much higher song. I think it sounded a lot better with Poco, just my opinion. I don't want the Eagles to do this song....I like Tim doing it at the solo shows, but it just sounds really off to me with the Eagles.
If you listen to the original recording or even that video. It was done in a higher key. Even when Tim sings it now, he can't go there. Here't the video

I think it's because he really didn't get many lead vocals with the Eagles. He got to do so much more with Poco. I agree he did make the right decision when he joined the Eagles, but I missed him in Poco.

I feel bad that he had to make that choice...join the hugest band in the country and take a greatly reduced role...or stay in Poco where he got to do a lot more...but I'm sure he is not sorry with his decision...sounds like he made the decision quickly when called by Glenn from the way he told the story at his solo shows...lol...

You're so lucky! I wish I could go back in time and go with you guys. Never been to Vancouver...never seen my boy TBS up close (or in person, for that matter) Hoping to go this fall.

When I'm on my laptop (these days I'm usually on my iPad), which uses Windows 7, I

1. Make the video full screen
2. Pause the video where you want to capture
3. Hit the Alt and PrtSc(Print Screen) together
4. Hit Start
5. Enter Paint in the search box to bring up Paint Program
6. Hit Paste
7. Hit Crop and crop if necessary
8. Hit Crop again
9. Hit X at top right
10. Hit Save
