Here's a video of Don singing Inside Out with Trisha Yearwood from the Tonight Show with Jay Leno:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUfUxkzt7J8
It's from September 6, 2001, according to the episode listing from imdb.com. Sorry about its poor quality and use of a video border. The border is probably used to avoid initial copyright monitoring.
I originally didn't care too much about this song when I first heard it and saw the music video, but this live version changed my opinion towards a more positive reaction.

Don must had done his homework about the class of '89 reference. LOL A lot of great country singers came out around that time.

I found a video clip from the 1990 Grammys.
Here are some important parts of the clip if you don't want to see the whole thing.
-Don in the audience at 0:34.
-Album of the Year at 12:44. Don wearing glasses.
-Steuart playing with his old boss Rodney Crowell(well he still tours with Rodney when he's not touring with Don) at 18:47.
-Garry Shandling introducing Don at 48:26. Don ditches the glasses and changes clothes. LOL
-Don winning Best Rock Male Performance. Bob and Melissa are the presenters.

Don was in Oxford, England today to accept an award from a foundation called Skoll Foundation at their annual Skoll World Forum 2017. Bono is also there and I think is speaking tomorrow.
They talked about Don between 2:13:00 and 2:15:00. I can't get the time right. You even briefly see Bono. I wonder where the heck he was going. LOL
Anyway. The Skoll Foundation have a Youtube account. So I won't be surprised if it pops up on there later.

ETA: I deleted the facebook link and put the Youtube link up. The guy starts talking about Don around 1:48:28.
Here is another link from the Skoll Foundation yesterday - Don is singing on stage with Bono, Michael Franti and Jeff Skoll

Will is in the audience too. I watched Michael Franti and he's not bad. I really enjoyed him even though I don't like his type of music. You can see Don clapping around. It was funny when Michael was telling people to jump. I was like, "Don is not going to jump."

YouTube does the will of the big-shot celebrity regardless of whether or not they technically have the right. The burden of proof is on the uploader to prove they have the copyright if they are challenged. These videos are vulnerable to complaint.

Dawn - It was 1981 - the summer after they did the concert in Central Park, which if I remember was Sept. or Oct. 1980. ( I just corrected the date ).
It was a incredible concert. I heard that Art really can't sing anymore since he had throat surgery. I have not heard him sing in many years so I don't know if it's true.

OK, thanks! The reason I asked is I found a setlist for 83 and I would imagine it was pretty close. I love S&G saw them in Sacramento in the 70s. Would have loved to see them in Central Park once-in-a-lifetime concert to be sure. Art had a beautiful voice and his version of BOTW is forever the gold standard in my playbook. I thought I read he had recovered but not sure. Sorry to go OT

This video was making rounds on Facebook yesterday. This video was posted by Thomas(I don't know his last name. I know it starts with A)on Jackson's facebook fan group.
The song is called For a Dancer. I listen to the song and it is a great song. I've never seen the video or heard of the song until yesterday. The song was on Jackson's 1974 album, Late For the Sky, but I guess he made a music video 18 years later. I don't know if anybody has heard or seen this video.

I can't believe the concert is tomorrow. I hope they raise a lot of money.

The Henley video with GNR is one of my favorites. That's a pair up I never thought I'd see. But he also sang on an Aerosmith song, so I shouldn't be surprised I guess.
For the longest time I've associated Henley with more of a country good ol' boy farmer type (maybe because it's how he dresses now vs back then) but he definitely could rock when he wants to. The way he is now reminds me of John Mellencamp.

I think it's all the plaid he wears lately and the button up shirts, lol. And the fact he just has a country vibe. Again, more of a John Mellencamp midwestern kind of vibe from Don. Glenn was always more of a rocker to me, but DH sang a lot of the Eagles rockers. The whole rough guy rebellious rock thing is Glenn to me at least in the 70s. He's got that frontman edge too. Don seemed more laid back in the 70s anyway.

But the thing is with Don, he could sing with anyone if its rock, country, R&B, or pop. He blends so well with everybody. He and Joe were the ones who branched out more in other genres. I love when he puts his spin on songs that are not his. Sometimes I like his version better than the original.
The collaboration I was really surprised with was Lindsey Buckingham. I would had loved to hear that story from Don one day because it's interesting that he would have his ex's ex-boyfriend play on your album especially when you heard stories of Don and Lindsey not liking each other.
I love his rocking songs like You Don't Know Me At All and I Will Not Go Quietly.

I agree that Don's style can be very versatile. However, I think most fans probably thought that the Eagles and Guns N' Roses were very different bands, and, it was a little surprising to see Don team up with them. But, it, obviously worked. The guest appearance was actually a return favor for Axl singing background vocals on I Will Not Go Quietly.

I would love to hear more about that, too!

A little clip I found on Instagram of Don singing his verse at Stevie’s RnR HoF induction ceremony.

Thanks! Love it - although Stevie made an oopsie on the lyrics, lol.
They both look amazing.

Don just walked up to the mike smoothly. Lol The audience sounded like they were surprised that he was there. If he was surprised, somebody online made a boo boo. Lol
Their were other videos, but this one was better as you can see Don walking to the stage and very close ups of their faves instead far away.

I know! That stroll was so confident! "Yes, that's right, Don Henley's in the house and I am going to own this, prepare to get blown away" LOL

I definitely love that song.
They both did pretty good other than Stevie's mistake on the words.

So true. I just love how Don walks on the stage. With confident and here to blow your mind. LOL
I had Stevie's Timespace Greatest Hits cassette back in the 90s. I really wasn't a fan of Leather and Lace. Now it's my favorite Stevie song.

Thanks for that! Another Stevie oopsie... she wrote the song for Waylon Jennings, not Merle Haggard... not a big deal except for that her story hinges upon the fact that the man was in a relationship with Jessi Colter, lol.

Hi All! First time posting - but I am giggling here with how, virtually giggly Henley was on stage with her. So adorable!

As I posted in the F1 thread - this is my favorite performance of Sunset Grill. This song has really grown on me in recent weeks and I find myself listening to it quite often, at least for now as I never liked it before and now I can't get enough of it.
I personally love the synthesizers and sounds effects on the original and on here. This song is very 80s to me, and that's cool to me as I'm not one of those people that looks down on 80s music or synths, etc. I love that stuff. The message still stands up though, and I think it's one of Don's better solo songs now. I also love the guitarist in this video using his guitar to make a synth solo sound, I must learn how to do that - haha. I think he's using a synth type effects pedal to do that.

Here's a better version of Leather and Lace from HBO. Stand Back is first so if you don't want to watch Stand Back, Leather and Lace comes on at the 4:26 mark.
Don and Stevie does something else during the "the first time I saw you" that I didn't notice from the other videos.

So, am I wrong Mr. Henley doesn't have a YouTube thread? I didn't see one...anyhoo , yesterday I was searching the tube and found these from MTV. Earth Day, Bryan Adams and Henley duet, and then, it's botched missing the first half, but parts of the Don Henley Rockumentary starts at 2:58. Even though it's incomplete (anyone find the complete version?), it's still a good watch, eerie, how some of the things he says is very relatable to now.

Eagles videos don't last long before Don finds them. LOL
Heres an article in Rolling Stone that is kinda a written version of the video. Don talks about every album and how they came about.
