It really wouldn't matter I'd think. Copyright across International boundaries is not much in existence. Doubt there is anything any part of the Eagles span of corporations could do to enforce anything in Istanbul.

I've knowledge of a little of that. I recall a company (or possibly an individual) who was screen printing tee-shirts of Rock Legends. I happen to have a shirt with a picture of Joe on it from them. They quit selling the shirts of individual stars when that Star requested that they not use them, but legally, they could do pretty much whatever they wished. This company made and sold that merchandise out of the UK.

Those of you on eBay looking at Eagles Merchandise have probably seen guitar pics with proprietary imagery of Ealges related stuff. Album covers on the picks, individual pictures of the members of Eagles. Those are not "authorized" by the Eagles. I do have a collectors edition of picks with Joe Walsh associated memoribilia imaged on them but I that through the "Official Joe Walsh" store so I know that one was really legit.

That's not to say that the other pick collections are not NICE. They are. They are just not authorized by the Artist(s).
