I'm not sure that my hubby understands my adoration of Glenn, but he puts up with it for the most part. I think meeting & socializing with some of the gals from The Border helped lessen his frustration with me for spending so much time on the site. I mean "cool" as in non-stuffy and in sync with popular culture. It is very difficult to look cool in that sense while wearing a formal business suit. Those were designed for board meetings and office jobs. They are what your dad wears to work. They make people look older.

I do not expect everyone to agree; I'm expressing my personal opinion (hence the "JMHO" part), and I stand by it. :)

I totally agree with you, Soda. It's ok to wear a suit sometimes for certain occasions, but on an everyday level, I prefer to see my rock stars in jeans. Jeans are cool, casual, hip, whatever! jmo too!

Glenn looks good in most everything I've seen him wear. I do think the suits "fit" his recent After Hours album though. It would seem weird to see him perform those songs in jeans, I think, I haven't been to a live show. :sad: ! There's an "air" of class, upper crust, money, status, (ladies wearing fur, as an example) etc, in those songs. Jmo there too!

Felder plays golf. Can you really see Don H, Joe or Tim playing golf? Joe at a stretch, perhaps, but as far as I know he doesn't.

I am sometimes appalled at my shallowness! I remember when the Smuggler's Blues episode of Miami Vice aired and they had a shot of him bending over something, I can't remember what, the rest of the screen disappeared for me. I think I nearly passed out and my husband almost hurt something laughing at my reaction. Thankfully, he was recording it and just for his benefit later, he'd play it over and over throughout the next year or so. Jeez, just thinking about that makes me laugh.

As far as the golf photo, he does look like he may have dropped a few pounds, but I wonder if that's partly because he doesn't normally wear tight tapered pants on the golf course. They are slendorizing compared to the loose-fitting pants that he normally wears when golfing.

And, does anyone know who these guys are in this photo with Glenn? I don't know who any of them are except I think that may be Jerry Vaccarino in the baseball cap and sunglasses second from left ...
