Timothy show Agoura Hills Dec 3

This will have to be a quick check in as I'm at the airport in LA and will give a more complete review tommorow. Basically The Show was AWESOME!!! Timothy was wearing a purple plaid shirt with a vest and black jeans and looked and sounded great. I have some pics I will post when I'm able. I loved hearing all the Expando songs again especially Secular praise and I absoultely Love the acoustic version of LWKUA. Will post more when I get home

I arrived at the Canyon Club at 5 pm (even tho doors did not open til 6) I found one other couple alredy waiting, we talked quite a bit and made friends, They said I had just literally by seconds missed Timothy leaving from soundcheck :brickwall:Drat ! When we got inside (as had been noted on the Canyon club site) we were seated seperately. They were up by the front on the right hand side (2nd and third seats from the front, tables were set length wise to the stage) I was on the left a fair ways back but I figured oh well I'll enjoy the show anyway... My Luck was about to change in many ways:) First I got to talk to Hank both before and after the show! He is truly a sweet man. Then this couple who I had hung with outside came and got me and you won't believe this!! The person in front of them in seat 1 at the table felt it was TOO CLOSE and asked to be moved back soooo they moved me there!! How cool is that??? I got to see Timothy's show from right at the stage; my arm was literally resting on the edge of the stage!

The show itself was GREAT! As many of you know Secular Praise is my fav Expando song and Timothy did not dissapoint, had me near tears! Keep on tryin' was so cool to have everyone out singing Timothy and just Timothy's guitar. Ella Jean Timothy mentioned that his wife Jean was not in attendance as she was "under the weather' Hope she's ok! But I did see Owen in the VIP section. LWKUA acoustic I LOVE LOVE LOVE this version.. Hank plays it so gently and really lets the meaning of the song come thru. Of course I enjoyed White boy (my other fav Expando song) as it is so funky and different from what we are used to hearing from Timothy. All in all an amazing evening I'm soo glad I went.

Kath-you lucky, lucky girl!!! :thumbsup: Sounds like an awesome night. You sound like me when it comes to Secular Praise--it means so much to me and I can't even listen to it on the ipod without shedding tears every time I hear it. Great pictures your new friends took. Can't wait to see your also.
