It's a syndicated show. Don't know when it plays in other markets, but it's on from 9PM to 11PM right now in Milwaukee, on WKLH (http://wklh.com/). The episode also features vintage live concert sets from U2, Pink Floyd and John Fogerty. I'm guesing the Eagles will be played in the last half hour...

It's a nationally syndicated show, so they must have permission. It wasn't the entire show, just two numbers, a few performances must be licensed for rebroadcast.
