This is the closing track from the superb Flesh & Blood, which contains two of my favourite songs, Oh Yeah & Over You. Running Wild has a beautiful sax solo followed by a great guitar solo at the end which are rather reminiscent of Baker Street. For some reason although I have known the song for years, I have just now found out how much I really like it. The lyrics are Ferry at his rueful best: 'I can always pretend/that I'll fall in love again'.

I was listening to Phil Collins' Both Sides Of The Story which is a 6.30 social comment epic; but what is interesting is that he twice sings the line 'the world is watching now' in what seems to be a deliberate nod to his old bandmate's classic song Biko. Today started out stressful, quarter end nearing and co-workers out so I thought I definitely needed some good music. All my Eagles cds are home right now and so is GF's After Hours. AH is now my "go to soothe my soul" cd.

But this FM cd is wonderful and it is really doing the trick today keeping a smile on my face!

BTW - I am an impulsive shopper. I won't give into compulsive yet but I am definitely an impulsive shopper at times!! :nod:
