OMG - I was hoping they would do some spring dates here before heading over to Europe next year. I'd bet good money that there are more announcements to come. In Eagle land where there's one, there's more! :pray:

Sorry deb, I thought I read somewhere that you got front row. I am getting everyone all mixed up with all the new concert excitement. And it doesn't matter where you are sitting just as long as you are in the building. The concert is THAT amazing!!!

That was my fault you thought that--I made a joke about sitting there because no one else had posted they got tickets yet. I appreciate your good wishes, though. And love to hear the concert is THAT amazing!!! Thanks!!

Unfortunately I missed it, and I live only blocks from there! I had not rediscovered the Eagles, and was out of town! I can't believe I did not make more effort to go--free concert--could kick myself now :brickwall:.
I hope your visit went well and you had a good time here!

Aw, that's too bad!

I enjoyed myself, but it was hot as Hades and my position on the lawn wasn't as good as I would have hoped. Still, like you said, free concert! Plus, it's always fun to spend a holiday with an Eagle. ;)

I never imagined anyone would come here for the 4th! The tables go on sale in the spring and always sell out right away. I have only ever sat in the stands; the city does always provide great entertainment (this year it was Chicago) for a great price! It is always sooooo hot. But, as you say, great to spend a holiday with an Eagle!

We got the best tix I could manage (I do have a college bound kid--lol), and am pleased--2nd row of lower bowl. Will dream about the first row at the next show (fingers crossed!)

Those are better seats than I had for Greensboro. We were about half-way up the lower bowl, opposite the stage, and had a great time. Since you're a local, I'm leaving it to you to provide good weather for the show with no travel delays!

They are at about the 1/2 way mark lower bowl--glad to hear you could see great! I thought it was less of a gamble than the floor quite a few rows back. Cannot wait! But the anticipation is part of the fun, for sure.

Wish we would have gotten tickets to this show too - but alas.... there are bills to pay. :) still suffering from a major case of PEW (after Monday's spectacular show).
