Just before I closed my eyes last night, I heard on the news that David Brenner passed away.

He was from Philadelphia , where I grew up and he was a big part of my childhood ..my Mom loved him.

I remember watching him on the old Mike Douglas show.

Anyway..a funny man....God just needed some laughter in heaven I guess.

Yes I heard that late last night also. I just remembering watching him as a kid and how funny and goofy looking he was. RIP David.:angel:

How sad. I didn't realize he had cancer. He was such a funny guy and my heart goes out to his loved ones.

Sad to hear this news. I got to meet him once in a restaurant in NYC. He was very nice & friendly. Very funny guy RIP
