I want to go to one later in the tour leg, but those don't go on sale until afternoon and I need to get to my 'real' office. So I guess we'll see what pops up later.

Congrats! I'm trying to avoid paying for a flight, and putting the savings towards better seats!

I wouldn't be surprised either way. Living in SC, a 3-4 hour drive to catch the Eagles sounds great! Maybe you should go ahead and get good seats at this venue to be on the safe side.

If you could do this show, we could finally meet!!! I'm doing a 6.5 hour drive, but then you already know I don't have a lot of limits when it comes to our guys.

As for more dates, I do realize that he's been talking like it's imminent since 2009, but Don said he would 'promote his new album' this fall, which is 'finished'. I assume that's a tour. So..I'm not expecting more dates for this year unless they do Vegas again in November or December. However...it's hard to say.

I'll just have to play it by ear and see what September brings with the rest of the family's plans. I'll wait till the last minute to buy a ticket if I decide to go, but it's definitely on my list of 'want to dos'!

Apparently I should have reserved a hotel sooner. I tried about a month ago and they were all booked up then. Today, I made one and I'll see if something closer to the arena opens up. Right now, it says it's nearly a 15 minute walk.

I like how I put in a request for directions in Google Map and every option is for walking and not driving. Guess I won't have to worry about parking the truck in the small spaces usually provided in and around arenas, and I need to plan on wearing comfortable shoes!

I have a hotel room. But no ticket! Yet! We are 2nd row in Omaha! Gotta find something cheaper if I'm going to DesMoines too!
