This sold out concert was just more than we could have expected. We laughed, yelled, hollered and sang until I have no voice left. Everyone was really rocking it tonight in Little Rock! They all looked so good (I think Joe looks better than ever!)
and the crowd really showed them their love.
Cell phones were still a problem and security was pretty hardcore about shutting them down.
Tim's LWKUA was so sweet. He's just so special. Sigh...Well, ok, Don and Glenn were funny and special, too! And it was so good to hear Bernie do TLHTM.So good. And Joe was just tearing up that stage. Just a phenomenal experience all the way around. Nobody wanted to go home...there was too much going on! :partytime:

Wow!!! Those are fantastic!! I am so happy they did this. I can see some of them ending up in our 'Caption This' thread...

VA, I was thinking the same thing about the Caption This thread, especially a couple of the Witchy Woman photos of Don. These are unarguably (is that a real word?) the BEST concert photos I've seen in years. Kudos to the Verizon Arena and their photographer!

:jawdrop: those photos! Amazing....

I'm already trying to think of a few captions lol.

They're wonderful, especially the fist-bump photo.

Glenn has his left hand wrapped in one photo, as he did at the show I attended. I have to do that with the thumb on my playing hand sometimes, when I've been practicing too much. Ahh, repetitive strain injury - the price of devotion :)

cynd, fantastic photos! Thanks!

I'm still wondering why Glenn ALWAYS wears the blue shirt! Everyone else mixes it up! :headscratch:

No need to now since the tour is about over! :brickwall:

Well, Bernie did wear Wild Cat underwear to the Lexington show. Or so he said. Though I guess he could wear them to every show and just doesn't tell us... :hilarious:

We need proof of that Wild Cat underwear claim! Maybe for the final show.

It's beyond me.

Once again they are good photos & once again he barely varies his facial expression. I will have to save some of these though. Honestly, if Don were my favourite some of those just scream 'avatar'.

Those pictures are great.

I think Glenn needs to burn that blue shirt. That other shirt that Don always wear needs to be burn too. Lol

Knowing Don, he'll probably wear it during the Cass County tour. :hilarious:

At every show.... Think he needs a stylist. If you twist my arm I will volunteer,

Gotta love it when journalists catch their errors (or told by others) and correct themselves.

I got to see them in concert for a second time during this tour in Little Rock. The first time was in Memphis but I loved that one so much I wanted to take my girlfriend so she could enjoy the experience as well.

The Memphis show was awesome and that was the first time I had opportunity to see them in concert. My first record album ever was "Eagles Live" and they have remained my favorite band ever since. I received it as a Christmas present in 1980 and ended up getting all the other previous albums and then moved forward on with their solo recordings.

I didn't want the Little Rock show to be any less of an experience so I was able to get 5th row floor seats just left of center stage! The show was incredible and it was great to be so close! Everyone in and around my seating area was well mannered and it made for an enjoyable event.

I have been more of a Henley fan but my girlfriend loved the changing facial expressions of Glenn as he seemed so passionate and into the music. It was all excellent and the quality of the vocals and music was incredible. You could close your eyes and you wouldn't know if you were listening to them in the 1970s, 90s, 00s or 2015! Of course I didn't close my eyes as there was so much to take in.

Being well aware of the band's desire to keep it in the moment and not allow cameras or recording devices, mine stayed in my pocket until they were giving their final bows. Before the show started a guy a couple seats to my left received a warning from security but that is the only one I noticed in my area. I found it a little ironic to hear "Take a Picture of This" being previewed before the show and during the intermission from Don's Cass County album - I guess he can't be opposed to all photos and hopefully didn't mind a couple of shots after the show was over!!

Such a great concert from beginning to end - knowing all the words to all the songs and hearing it from the original artists (despite no Meisner or Felder) and not a cover band is a wonderful experience!
