Beat The Odds picture. Album cover??

I just recently saw a picture with the band dressed in suits mostly, sorta look like pimps, and or mobsters, but Glenn is pantless. This almost looks like an album cover or maybe an out take of an album cover. Does anyone have any history on this picture?

BB - I don't recall much about this photo other than it was a probably a spoof on an old American TV game show of the same name, which I think aired in the 60's and early 70's. Soda may be able to shed some light about where it originated - I'm guessing the photo appeared in a magazine article or some other publication. It was not used for any of the band's album cover artwork, but based on the band's appearance, it must have been shot somewhere between 1978 - 80. Here is a bigger version ...
