A heartfelt thanks to all of you who posted all the greetings and the lovely pictures for my birthday. This is my 10th year celebrating my birthday on the Border - Of course there was the added dimension of this being the first year that he has been gone, but it is so great to relive the memories of the happy times that I spent with so many of you.

I had a good day - it being Sunday we had Laura playing hockey in the morning (They won!! - just as well as she is the goalie). Then as it was a beautiful day we went for a walk at the sea, then dinner and a few tequila sunrises in the Hard Rock.
The family gave me Brooklyn on DVD as a present and we all watched it later that evening when we got home.
