Mr. Felder is playing at a casino in my town but also on the bill is Christopher Cross and Billy Ocean. I'd love to see DF but... maybe I'll just sit this one out.

I take it you’re not a fan of yacht rock /80s R&B? :D

Interesting about Christopher Cross—he also appeared on the bill with solo Glenn back in the 80s. I wonder which artists have co-headlined/billed with the most solo Eagles.

I really like Cross' song "Think of Laura" and "Sailing" is nice, too, as well as "When You Get Caught Between the Moon and New York City" or whatever that song is called. Billy Ocean's "Caribbean Queen" is catchy. You should go, NMB! Maybe you'll like it more than you think!

Any General Hospital fans old enough to remember when they used "Think of Laura" on the show? They play it before she reunites with Luke after a year's absence, during which time she was presumed dead. After the song ends, he sees her from the balcony, and realizes his true love is actually alive!

Yep, Soda, I definitely remember! I used to take my break at work and watch General Hospital then. The employee lounge used to be filled with GH fans!

Have fun, B.S.!

Soda, you're right, I probably would enjoy the Christopher Cross/Billy Ocean/Don F show. I not only go back as far as Luke & Laura, I actually remember Billy Ocean's first hit in the U.S., "Love Really Hurts Without You" (1976). It's burned into my mind because I played it once on a jukebox when I was out to dinner with my parents. The jukebox malfunctioned and kept playing the song over and over, like a dozen times! It was so embarassing.
