I have never seen this project in CD format, but didn't know if it was ever released.

Not to my knowledge, Jack. If you don't have the Farewell I DVD filmed in Australia, I would recommend it as very enjoyable. I got my copy off eBay for a reasonable price. Make sure it is playable in whatever country you are in.
