Hmm. I wonder what does this mean for the future. I heard negative stuff about him not liking some artists and that's the reason why some are not in the hall. Will this change with the new chairman next year? Will those singers and groups finally be inductees.

Maybe the Monkees can get in now. I think it was Micky Dolenz who said that Wenner had a grudge against them that kept the Monkees out.

Amen - Jann Wenner's personal feelings should never have been a criteria for which acts were inducted into the R&R HoF. However, his biases have become pretty well documented. At least, the Eagles were too successful to be denied by him.
