I agree FP. I will take him as he is now too. I suppose this is due to the fact that I am a lot closer to his current age than the ages he was in the other eras being discussed. I do love looking at pictures of him from any era though. :heart:

I must say that long haired, mustashioed Glenn is my least favourite, but there are some darn hot pictures of him from that era that really get to me, eg. "Come Hither" :fainting:. Troub, I do find myself going back & playing those BBC clips over & over again. There is just something about him in those.

Then when he cut his hair for the Long Run & NFA periods he was sooooo cute!

And then there was the Allnighter! What is sexier than that? And then Soul Searchin' & Strange Weather where he was into his "fitness thing" (his term from Arsenio Hall appearance). So H,S & G.

And then-HFO was my 1st real exposure to him visually (I was familiar with the music but didn't really know what he looked like until then & was yet to discover him in the previous periods). He looked gorgeous in that black T shirt in HFO.

Farewell 1 finally did me in altogether!!! I was completely smitten!

I got mine at the Sept. 6 concert in Tulsa and I have the red one too. I don't remember seeing a gold one there but i'm gonna check out the programs at the Nov. 11 show and see if they're different from the one that i have. I don't know if this helps but some of the pics i scanned came from the flaps on the discography pages.

If that is in London which I suspect it is around last Novemeber, it's a Remembrance Day poppy.

Normally when the photo involves more than one Eagle I put mine in the Celebration of Eagle Hotness thread. Joe looks just as good as Glenn there.

GEF, in a belated answer about the BBF shirt, I think it is the Rolling Stone shirt. The stripes only look green because of the quality of the TV broadcast.

I bought a 10 x 7 proof print off ebay, but it had "ok" written in the top right corner (which sums it up nicely, lol, well more than ok really!). Well, this weekend I went up to visit TBF and her husband, who were having a 20th anniversary celebration/vinyl club party. But besides the good times, there was an added bonus. One of TBF's friends had seen Glenn back in 1985 in South Bend, Indiana. AND she had photos! AND they are... um.... well see for yourself!

Glad you like them, Lisa! My crappy freeview box refused to let me watch BBC4 last Friday, but I've caught up with the programs since. I'm especially thrilled with the Don caps from the BBC show - a few of them came out surprisingly clear! One has taken up residence on my desktop :heart:
