Joe Walsh in Durant, OK at the Choctaw Casino Oct. 29, 2011

Another Oklahoma date has been added for Joe's fall tour. Tickets are on sale now and it looks like they've been on sale for a few weeks already.

I randomly checked Joe's website a few days ago before it was remodeled and it had this show listed. It's not listed on his website anymore for some reason. I was both excited and saddened about this concert at the same time. I was excited to see another concert date in my home state but sad because I'm not gonna be able to go to this one. Since I'm already taking off work for the Don and Joe concerts on Oct. 14th and 15th and taking my vacation time in mid Nov. for the Eagles Vegas concert I just can't afford to miss that much work. I've never been to this casino but I've heard that it's really nice.

I'm glad Joe's doing 3 concerts here in OK, two of them being at casinos, I just wish that he would've booked a date at the casino I work at. I've secretly daydreamed about the guys doing a solo concert at my casino. (I guess it's not so much a secret anymore. lol ;-)) I guess only time will tell if that's ever gonna happen. I'll just keep my fingers crossed in the meantime.

Usually dates that disappear suddenly like that will come back - I guess we'll see!

Can't wait for our fun Tulsa weekend!

I got a text yesterday from a friend of mine that said "my son just saw Joe Cocker last night at a Casino and I knew he was your idol so I wanted to tell you about it". I replied and said while I liked his music he was not my idol. :grin: He evidently called or texted his son and he said "I made a mistake - it was Joe Walsh!". I then said yup that's my idol LOL. I don't know how he got so confused with Joe Cocker. :rofl: He said his son said the show was great and Joe sounded great. I texted him back and asked if his son had any pics but he didn't.

Just had to share this little info as it's so rare that any of my friends notify me about Eagles/JW news, LOL. :hilarious:
