One guy tweeted he saw Vince Neil of Motley Crue there, but didn't have a camera.

Fuzzy, but interesting jacket Joe has on... He has on blue jeans for a change.

Hey, I don't remember this background. I seldom pay attention to the screen in the back, but I find it hard to believe I could have missed this?

Couple funny things. Henley went to the wrong mic on desperado. He thought it was broke or something til glenn redirected him then he wacked the correct mic but picked up ok and sounded good. Glenn was laughin at him.
Don talked about the tour a little about 2/3 the way through and said they'd probably tour for a couple yrs. glenn was shaking his head or something it was hard to tell cuz spotlight was on don and glenn mic was off but don said "come on you can do it " to glenn.
Overall it was great as usual. Glenn and joe guitar playing was even better than the last time I saw them here. A few small snafoos here and there but I listen pretty close. Everyone's voices were pretty good but u can tell they are gettin older and struggle some it may be that they haven't played in a while. I'm nitpicking they were still great.
No OOTN or ICTUY. Was a little disappointed in that. Tim may still b recovering but his harmonies seemed fine.
May post some more later. All for now. Just wanted to let you crazies:) know how it went.
It was really great concert...
I know it was short ( 1:45 mins ) with only 19 songs, but for me it is my first one and I really liked it
the perfect band as usual, sound engineering on some songs needed adjustment when vocals seemed lower than the music
Joe Walsh was the at his best vocal and lead, he was very loved by the audience
Glenn played awesome guitar on "Witchy Woman" , his voice was a bit tired on some of the songs "Heartache Tonight" but he was really funny between the songs, when Don was long applauded by audience he said something like "thats about enough hes already has a pretty big head", then turned to him saying "fans favorite!"
Don sounded great , a bit hoarse at the end of "Hotel California", but he was great, didn't do a lot of drumming, more to a second drummer
Tim didn't sing lead but obviously he was enjoying the concert
at "Life's been good" there was a lovely footage for the band from the 70's in the background, first time to see for me, I guess it was part of the documentary ... sadly they didnt include any Felder picture, like he wasn't in the band!! this is a mistake, ignoring basis of the band history!
4-5 songs I wished were included specially "New Kid In Town" and "One of these nights"
at the end, I liked every minute of the show, stayed for a while after it was finished, not only me but many others said they didnt want to leave, lol.
Im going to bed now, see ya later friends.
Thank you both for your reviews!! I'm so glad you both had an excellent time. I've been looking at all the tweets people do instead of watching the concert, and those they do afterwards and I'm seeing a lot of #bestconcertever. The only 'negative' tweets I've found were poking fun at the age of the audience.
Paul, I quoted you above because I love it when they have that kind of banter on stage, it makes a great concert even better!
As for the footage, I'm glad they included it. They are probably saving shots of Felder for the History tour. In a place like Vegas, they can't assume the people in the audience are really fans of theirs. Some go because they're there and want to check it out, and showing footage of other people could be confusing without explanation.
As I mentioned last evening, Vince Neil from Motley Crue was there. I'd paste his tweets in here, but he and quite a few others use the 'f-word' a lot when saying good things. He was definitely excited to be there and very pleased with what he was hearing. Here are two pictures he tweeted:

Here are some other pictures I found. The first one is very distant, but you can see the guys on the video screens on the sides.

This one turned out well, it was from the 4th row:

Vince doesn't strike me as the Eagles type but how awesome that he's a fan. Love Motley Crue.
Sounds like an awesome show.
That is the exact setlist they played at the Revel without ICTYW, which I guess Tim is not yet up to singing...
VA: Thanks for the photos.. Love Joe in that Red jacket!! He's finally out of the all black phase!
Paul & Yekrut...Thanks for the reviews...So glad you had a great time....I know how fast the time goes at the show. It's like you just don't want it to end!
Those are wonderful reviews. Thank you VA for those incredible pictures. Those men look very handsome (as always LOL).
Thanks for the reviews yekrut and Paul! I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves!
I can't wait to see them again!
Thanks from me as well for the reviews and pictures. Sounds like the guys were in pretty good form last night. I'm a bit disappointed to see that they haven't brought ICTYW yet. Hopefully, they are taking any chances and are saving Tim's voice for the upcoming tour.
I need to hook you and my niece up!
Thanks Paul and Yekrut for posting so quickly...love all the info..glad you had fun...
thanks for all the photos VA...especially the one from the 4th row!...
A shame about ICTYW. I sure hope Tim's able to do leads on the upcoming tour, but if he's not up to it, of course I don't want him to push himself too hard.
Thanks for the reviews and info, guys!
A quote from Joe from last night...
Best line at #Eagles concert last night...Joe Walsh: "I'd like to congratulate the pope. Good for him, you know? I think that's about it"
Hearing about Timothy not singing ICTYW...more than a little worrisome...I'm FREAKING OUT!...please everyone say prayers that we do get to hear that beautiful voice again!!!...please
Now now, don't freak out too much! It's only been four months since his surgery and I've heard from other artists that have had various throat and neck surgeries that six months is the recommended time.
He had said they'd be 'checking things' once a month and at this stage it could be that they don't want vocal strain to appear and perhaps confuse what they're looking at and misdiagnose something. Also, it could be that while he's fine, he hasn't gotten his full range back yet. You're a nurse, you know these things take time and can't be rushed!
bj listen to va she is right..
it will take a little time fro his voice to heal.
Because the lighting has washed out the screens, it's hard to tell. I do remember them doing video montages like that during a couple songs.
Yes, that's how they did it before - live video of the current performance in the center on top of a video montage.
Then I'm obviously blind! Or just looking at other things while there :D
Yes, I do believe there is some live screen video while the show is on :guitar:
video from last night's show of Life's Been Good and indeed there is live screen footage during the song

good day everybody
it feels so nice knowing fans here are really great and warm
other observations I wanted to add:
at some point I felt I am the youngest fan there on the concert lol, Im 43 by the way..so I felt like... hey Im still young
its kind of fun really cause you can hear everything and feel how deep and mature the music is.
I laughed at Glenn saying " that was witchy woman a song from our very first album recorded back when the dead sea was only sick..!"
now one important thing that needs to be mentioned ... Don did the backing vocal instead of Tim on Glenn's songs like "Peacful Easy Feeling" , their sound blinds beautifully, I love the song and Randy backing on the original record, but hey ... Don is amazing in backing also, specially at this age.
A compliation of song clips from the show

Just a couple things I wish to comment on. I know this is a shortened setlist because of it being a casino show but out of 19 songs, 7 of them are Don and Joe solo songs. Yet they leave songs like OOTN and ICTYW or a host of other Eagles songs out. Since from what Paulodiom says that Don was also doing Timothy's background vocals, I have to think that Timothy still isn't up to doing any vocals yet. I only hope that once he is up to it again, they don't keep ICTYW out of the setlist.
And the videos are awesome. Thanks for finding them.
